Description: We
are looking for a dynamic individual to direct our youth ministry program through
the membership of our congregation and in the community with middle and high
school students. Our Youth Director must
connect well with our youth, our parents, our volunteers, and our staff to
provide leadership, training, counsel, encouragement
and understanding of the vision of First Presbyterian
Requirements:
Mature and growing in Christian
faith;
Love
for and passion to serve youth and their parents;
Four-year
degree preferred with at least a minor in
theology-related
studies;
Experience working with youth;
Administrative
and computer skills a must;
Ability to work well with pastoral team.
